I'm Fiona Dowman, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in London. With over a decade of experience in private practice, the NHS and third sector, I help people rethink their relationship with alcohol and live the life they truly want.

I have shared my insights in HuffPost UK, Health.com, and as a podcast guest, where I shared real-world strategies for mindful drinking.

Outside of work, I am a devoted mum and a self-proclaimed theme park enthusiast and I strive to experience life's moments mindfully. I am drawn to purple like a moth to a flame. I feel a sense of calm and joy when surrounded by my favourite colour.
